Hey Connect Missions Supporters! Our CY Missions Team will be at the Smashfest Volleyball Tournament this Saturday October 10 from 8am-8pm serving drinks and snacks to raise money for their upcoming trip to Costa Rica next Spring!! 700 guests.
One big day.
And a massive amount of work behind the scenes.

We prepared this event for a church—catering for 700 people all at once.

A wide variety of food: fresh fruits and vegetables, meats and cheeses, salads, bread, appetizers, and sides. Everything had to be prepped, sliced, portioned, and assembled into individual servings for every single guest.

When you see the finished result, it all looks simple. But behind it lie hundreds of kilograms of food, hours of preparation, team coordination, and countless details that all have to come together at the right moment.

700 guests. 700 individual servings. One major project.

For Grill Chef & Co., this is exactly the scale at which we want to operate and continue to grow.

From small gatherings to large-scale events — we’re ready.

Day 1 of Light The Way 2026 was POWERFUL! Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make this the best first day it could be. Chains were broken, and souls set free in Jesus!

We are pumped for what is going to be an incredible Day 2! VIP Gates open at 2pm, GA Gates open at 3pm. We’ll see you there!
