Our incredible panel at #BeInternetCitizens, run by our beautiful child @younggiantuk. We're hearing all about digital citizenship, trolling, online harassment, interrupting cycles of negativity and hate - and, importantly, examples of POSITIVE digital actions and communities.

Today we’re hosting some very important guest speakers to give assemblies about the effects of extremism. Figen Murray, whose son, Martyn, lost his life in the Manchester Arena attack and Rozin Khalil, a Yazidi activist and board member for Yazda Organisation. Organised by Zubeda Limbada, Professor Lynn Davies and Shaida Bibi from Connect Futures. Thank you so much to everyone for coming in!

This month, we’re hosting a range of guest speakers and workshops raising awareness about the danger of knife crime, gang culture and extremism. Thank you to the ex-offenders and reformed gang members working with ReCreate and ConnectFutures for sharing their honest accounts about the serious reality of crime.

Today I was at @jcsfcollege on behalf of @connectfutures giving talks to their students about knife crime and county lines. What a great day it has been. Hopefully the students feel motivated and will think twice about picking up a knife. #thinktwice #knifecrime #noviolence #motivation #ambitions #college
