A calendar before 11pm on a Sunday?! No, you're not dreaming! Some absolutely wonderful volunteers have hopped aboard the SS Bristol Causes Combined and so we're hoping for slightly smoother sailing from here on out! Calendars should be more reliably out every Sunday now, so that our Monday marvels aren't missing out and so that you can have a look over everything on offer whilst you eat your breakfast on a Monday! Very excited for this new chapter of BCC and hope it means that we can keep being a useful resource for all you lovely lot! As ever, DM us if you have an upcoming event that you'd like to be featured in a future calendar!

🤎🍂🌰 An ode to the season that invites us to slow down, drop the heavy and come back home to ourselves ...🍂🌰🤎

If your soul has been craving a softer pace , consider this your gentle reminder: you don't have to earn your rest . Like really, you don't.
🤎

Autumn teaches us the art of surrender - how the trees let go of their leaves effortlessly, trusting that what is meant to hibernate will return in it's own time.
🤎

Let's redefine strength this season. Not by how much we can carry or do ,but how fiercely we can protect our peace and honour our inner selves.
🤎

Tell us , what are you wanting to surrender this season ?

All our love 🤎🤎

Did you know I hold a weekly Yoga, Jounralling & Tarot space? 🌀

And we are back again TOMORROW!
Last minute tickets are in the bio 🥰

This space has become a beautiful opportunity each week to check in, understand the current energy of the moon (and any other strong astrological shifts), move with Yoga Asana crafted with the understanding of the moon, and dedicated Jounralling & self-reflective Tarot reading time 🔮✨

It’s such a beautiful space, and is a real honour to hold people through their lift shifts 🥰

Come and join the community @connection.and.co
