But here’s what I’d be considering before buying.

When you’re spending millions on a property in Mermaid Beach, you’re not just buying the home. You’re buying the location, the lifestyle and its long-term resale appeal.

And not every street, position or duplex in Mermaid Beach is created equal.

As a local buyer’s agent specialising in Central Gold Coast family homes, I help my clients understand exactly what they’re buying, what it’s worth and whether it’s the right decision for them.

Considering buying in Mermaid Beach?

DM me your brief. I’ll help you understand what’s available, what represents value and what you might be missing.
