oopsie i’m just too good at finding pretty restaurants 🤷🏻‍♀️✨Was supposed to “save money” but somehow ended up at @jade.beverlyhills , the prettiest Japanese spot in Beverly Hills! 💚

Here’s everything we ordered:
• spicy tuna crisp
• jade roll
• miso black cod
• jewelry box chirashi + uni
• wagyu don
Everything was delicious, but my favorite was the wagyu don . And the vibes here is 10/10.

Do NOT come here if you like boring dinners 🚨🥁✨ @layarestaurant is one of the most fun dinner in Hollywood. They do modern lebanese and california fusion, with the chef sourcing fresh ingredients straight from local los angeles farmers markets. Between the incredible service and the live light-up drummer coming to your table, the whole night is such a vibe 🪘⚡️

Honestly, I love having a massive party for my birthday because getting older is not the vibe. But my theory is that if we get drunk enough and completely forget that I aged, it basically means it never happened, right? 😉🧠✨Thank you to my favorite people for coming out! I love you all! 💖

Loving this era of speaking my mind

For those that want to know what I did to get to this point in my journey of health I have listened some below

1. Getting monthly infusions by @thecureiv helped during my sickest times. When I first got diagnosed my immune system was shot and receiving their Myers cocktail with a huge boost of vitamin c and adding glutathione helped fight each infection along with increasing blood volume
2. Getting with a practitioner that doesn’t ignore you or gaslight you. So @epineu_md & @connie.eats.world helped me by constantly checking my bloodwork monthly for over a year to see how it changed with actively infections
3. Working with a natural path simultaneously with western medicine was a good help to tap on @traceystroup_eatprayfaith we would get on zoom all the time and she helped get my adrenals in order alongside some good words of faith to help get me through
4. Starting a GLP1 with the help of @angelajayes help aid the low impact workout curated by @johnnygeteriii which is small weights but higher reps
5. Practicing mindfulness by always meditating with the @calm app listening to @tamaralevitt & @jayshetty
6. Getting braces with @allthingsdrbobbi @iamdrbobbi because correcting your dental can change much in sleep and helped with better oxygen flow to the brain
