Connie & Martin at the Palace of Fine Arts.

They live nearby and often spend time at the park, so choosing it for their engagement session felt personal to them. Rather than finding a location just for photos, they wanted to document a place that’s already part of their everyday life.

The Palace of Fine Arts is one of my favorite locations in San Francisco for its combination of architecture and landscape. For the second half of the session, we drove five minutes to Golden Gate Overlook for a different setting and views of the bridge.

Truly excited to photograph their big day next year! 🙏🏻

Ever since I was 3 years old, moving my body has brought me joy whether it was through dance, sports, or general physical activity. Throughout the years, I’ve tried to share that joy with anyone who was interested in trying something new. I have taken so many friends to workouts with me or made workout plans with friends at the gym. Losing my safe space for a good part of 2020 was challenging. When things began to open back up, I took my friend @baskett__case to [SolidCore] and when we left, she told me she could see me teaching. I shrugged it off and said “I’d like to, but that’ll never happen”.

A few months later and tonight, I taught my first class at [SolidCore]. Shoutout to these ladies for coming and supporting me! I am so thankful to be a part of this community today and everyday and so happy I took the leap to leave my comfort zone in 2021. So, for anyone in the Dallas area, come join the [SolidCore] fam and book some time to shake with me!
