What an experience!

An honor to be on this special.

Everyone was genuine and showed how true passion benefits all.

Had the pleasure of meeting all.

After got talking with @conniescouts .

She is the first female scout in the NFL for the Jets!

A pioneer for women breaking into the NFL. Humble down to earth and great energy.

It was the same studio as TRL.

Thank you @steveovermyer and @cbsnews for this opportunity.

Before women had a seat at the table, Connie Carberg helped pull up a chair. 🏈

Her eye for talent and passion for football helped open doors for generations of women in the game.

At Kick[gl]ass, we celebrate the strong shoulder[pads] football is built on. Connie is one of them. 💙
