This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to work as a Transportation Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup.

I accepted this role because I knew how special it was for Kansas City to be a host city, and I wanted to be a part of such a historic event. It turned out to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.

Throughout the tournament, I learned more than I ever expected, met amazing people from around the world, and created memories I’ll carry with me for a lifetime. I’m grateful for every challenge, every connection, and every unforgettable moment.

A huge thank you to my supervisor/mentor Sukhi Sandhu and everyone who made this experience so special. I’m excited to take everything I’ve learned into the next chapter of my career.

The year that beat me, broke me, tested me, and still ended up being a year I can look upon fondly. I felt the loneliest I’ve ever been but also learned the most about myself in that loneliness. Business was the slowest it’s ever been but also the busiest it’s ever been. After what this year has thrown at me, I am so proud of where I’m at and where I’m going.

From a life changing surgery to my first solo directed arena multicam gig, this year really had it all. I took more risks and failed more times than I can count. However, I succeeded and grew so much too. I said goodbye to my best friend and the last link to my childhood. I am still working on processing my grief. I doubted my work yet ended the year with some of my favorite work to date. Not everything went the way I hoped and that ended up being a blessing in disguise.

I am so thankful for everything and everyone this year brought me. Thank you to every artist who trusted me to cover their content. Thank you to every friend and creative who motivated me and inspired me to be better in the many times I was down this year. Thank you to anyone who supports this page and my work. Forever grateful that a camera and some creativity has changed my life. 2025 was a favorite, whether I want to fully admit it or not.

As my Euro trip comes to an end I would love to congratulate Mr. And Mrs. Barron/XNA again on having the most beautiful wedding I’ve probably ever attended! It was such an honor to witness your love story unfold in the heart of Bordeaux. The entire celebration was breathtaking, and I feel incredibly blessed to have been part of such a special moment in your lives.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for not only including me in your big day but also giving me the chance to explore across the pond. Experiencing the beauty and culture of France and Spain was truly eye-opening, and it’s something I’ll cherish forever. You both have shown me just how vast and magical this world can be, and I’m grateful for that.
