Sunday June 21st, was a beautiful day not only because God cleared the skies and blessed us with sunshine, but because so many others among myself made the decision to get baptized.

This past Sunday on Father’s Day I had the blessing of being able to publicly declare Jesus Christ as my savior! This is one of the best and most impactful decisions I have made in my life. God has shown up in my life in ways I can not even begin to explain. He has been with me in my highest highs, and lowest lows. By becoming baptized I let the world know that I am His daughter, made in His image, and that I will live through Him in all my days. I pray that I live my life in His love and guidance continuously.

Seeing how many different people have been impacted by God and knowing that they each have their own stories is absolutely breathtaking. Thank you to all of my family and friends for being by my side and supporting me every step of the way. Thank You Jesus for blessing me with this life and I cannot way to see what You have in store for me! ❤️ #baptism #TYJ @crossingstl @youthcrossing

A day that I will never forget.

On this day, I got the opportunity to step into the water and make a public declaration through baptism that I am a child of the Most High, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Growing up, I was very distant from Jesus and never really pursued or followed Him in any way, and it wasn’t until November of 2025 when I had hit the lowest point in my life that I was invited to come to @youthcrossing for the first time. During this time, I was blessed to meet a group that reflected the love of Christ and helped me grow tremendously in my faith, and week by week through Wednesday nights, Sunday services, Bible studies, and everything in between, I began to understand more and more who Jesus really is and just how much He loves me. Then, on one specific day, February 7th, I officially surrendered my life to Christ, and in that moment it felt like a weight had been lifted off my chest, and the anxiety and heaviness I had been carrying was suddenly replaced with a peace I had never felt before. Ever since then, my life has been given a new purpose and has truly changed for the better, and I can now confidently say that I am in the best place I’ve ever been in my life because of Jesus and all He has done for me. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me in my journey these past 7 months, and thank you Jesus for saving my life.

2 Corinthians 5:17 - “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”

I GOT BAPTIZED!!

Truly one of the best days of my life. I’m so so blessed to be surrounded by such a great community who has helped me better myself and grow in my faith. This journey has helped me appreciate every moment spent with the people I love, and has helped me see how incredibly grateful I am to have each and every one of them. Being able to show others my faith boldly is such a blessing and I am so grateful to all the staff of the crossing, and my family, and friends who have been there for me in my highs and lows. This is such an impactful moment in my life and faith journey and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I am so proud to have shared my faith publicly and cannot wait to continue building my relationship with Jesus. Thank you to everyone who has been there for me throughout this journey. And TYJ.
