A U G U S T 🍅 We’ve been dreading and hoping for the end of summer all at once! We’ll miss the long summer days, the heat waves, and watching our gardens thrive. But I can’t say I’m too upset about less traffic, quiet beach days, and crisp evenings just around the corner. August introduced me to some incredible new people, brought me through some beautiful new homes, and of course, provided plenty of ice cream along the way! I’m excited for September to slow things down a little and for all the new doors it might open. I’m especially looking forward to traveling, football, and settling into a new season. So here’s to closing out another summer (far too pale for someone who lives down the shore 😂), but with a whole lot of memories and experiences I’m incredibly grateful for. Bring on the bonfires, cozy nights, and apple cider donuts. 🤎🍎 Samantha Gericke, Salesperson NJ/PA DESATNICK REAL ESTATE (C) 856.673.6933 (O) 609.551.4066 SGericke@deSatnickRealEstate.com

J U L Y 🇺🇸 It really hit me today waking up in a new month, that this summer is flying by. I know every year this area becomes more popular year round, but before we know it our quiet little area will say goodbye to the hustle of the season, settle into the perfect month, and then slowly start to close down one store and restaurant at a time. So since time won’t slow down, in August I’m going to make sure I do. We’re talking more beach days, golf and gardening, more time with friends. This month will be for more “want to” and less “have to”. Samantha Gericke, Salesperson NJ/PA DESATNICK REAL ESTATE (C) 856.673.6933 (O) 609.551.4066 SGericke@deSatnickRealEstate.com

A P R I L 🌧️ This month has been so memorable for so many reasons. I’m finding so much happiness in the mundane and celebrating the extraordinary. It’s lead to many more days that have felt full and whole and I’m soaking up every minute! Looking forward, May is going to be a challenging month and one full of transition and change. I’m looking forward to giving myself grace, savoring the slow pace before the chaos of summer, and hopefully catching a few rays ☀️ RIP to blinking traffic lights season 🚦 Samantha Gericke, Salesperson NJ/PA DESATNICK REAL ESTATE (C) 856.673.6933 (O) 609.551.4066 SGericke@deSatnickRealEstate.com

M A R C H 🍀 A quarter of the way through 2026 and time is flying! The real estate and marketing worlds are ramping back up from their winter lulls and I am really excited about all that’s in the works! This month we celebrated women in business, the luck of the Irish and being able to comfortably be outside for more than 5 minutes at a time. Looking back, I’m lucky to be surrounded by the best work team, loyal clients, and great friends. Looking ahead, I’m ready to keep working on my golf game, start building my vegetable garden, and getting my drone license 🎮 What are you looking forward to in April? Hoping to dodge the raindrops and make some serious progress in upcoming projects! Message me if there’s anything real estate related I can help with 📲 Samantha Gericke, Salesperson NJ/PA DESATNICK REAL ESTATE (C) 856.673.6933 (O) 609.551.4066 SGericke@deSatnickRealEstate.com

I’m incredibly proud to share the success of the Cape May Invitational Cornhole Tournament this past Sunday! First, congratulations to our champions TJ and Evan Shoffler of Team Liechtenstein, on taking home the win! We were fortunate to have beautiful weather, great food, live music, and an amazing turnout from the community. I’m beyond grateful to everyone who made this event possible, from those who helped set up, donated raffle items, or lent a hand in any way. With the support of over 40 local Cape May County businesses, our raffle alone raised $1,000 for the @bepositivefdn . Thanks to this momentum, I’ve increased our goal to $1,500, and I’m confident that, with continued support, we’ll get there. Special thanks go out to: @covesully107 , for creating our first-ever digital scoreboard, your tech skills really elevated the experience! @thepcbreakdown , for covering the event and helping us get featured on Channel 12 News! @connoreckel09 , for capturing the event both on the ground and in the air, your media work made this day unforgettable. Lastly thank you @g.s._entertainment for DJing the event and setting the vibe all night. I’m already looking forward to next year and excited by the opportunity to continue growing this event into something even more impactful for our community and the causes we support. #capemayinvitational #capemay #capemaynj #cornhole #champion #news #thankyou #instagram

✨It’s been a while since I introduced myself to everyone so before the chaos of summer hits, let’s get to it! ✨ Hi everyone! My name is Samantha Gericke, but you can call me Sam 👋🏻 I grew up in Burlington County and went to college at Stockton University. I have spent my summers at the shore, specifically in Wildwood Crest, for as long as I can remember. I made the move official in college where I started my law enforcement career as a police officer in Wildwood Crest 👮🏻‍♀️ I later moved back to Burlington County to further my law enforcement career for a few more years 🕵🏻‍♀️ I ultimately decided that I was ready for a change where I moved back to the beach and started my real estate career 🏡 I have always had a passion for home renovations and the architectural charm of homes all over the place, and with this career I get to experience both! I purchased my second home in 2024 and committed to a full home renovation, working alongside my dad to achieve my dream home that I poured my blood, sweat, and tears into and there’s no better feeling! ♥️ I have experience personally and professionally buying and selling real estate and I know what a whirlwind of emotions the process can be. I also know the importance of having someone who you trust by your side throughout the transaction. I strive to be that person for all of my clients! So thank you for following along and supporting me! I’m so happy to have you here! I’m going to work hard to show my personal and professional life here so you can get to know the person behind the real estate agent 🫶🏻 If you are looking for more information about buying, selling, or renting in New Jersey (and soon Pennsylvania 🤞🏻), feel free to reach out to me, I’m here to help! And make no mistake, the shore is my home, but I can help you all over the state, wherever you need me 📍 Hope to talk soon! 🔑 Shoutout to @connoreckel09 for the photo, @coastalglownj for the spray tan, and @1005beachavecapemaynj for sharing your beautiful home with us!
