Just wrapped up our annual retreat, this year in Flagstaff! We got some awesome mountain bike rides in, enjoyed beautiful weather, and most importantly, made some even better memories. 🚵‍♂️⛰️

Thank you @miles25137 for these amazing photos.

A lot has happened this year. I was out injured until the late March setting me back a lot and bringing me to a low. I was still able to quickly get back in shape and run better than I ever have. I set the second fastest 800m time in Arizona history, won a national title in St. Louis and got the chance to compete at the NCAA level in cross country. From here on out, I will use this year as a prime example to not let setbacks stop me from doing what I love. I will continue to try and be in top shape and treat my body as a temple. Aside from running, I met lots of people and got to travel to lots of places, my favorite being Japan. I hope I can carry this good energy into 2026 and continue to perform well as long as I don’t overwork myself and prevent injury from happening again. Thank you God for another year. I pray to be closer to you in 2026 🙏.
