As a coach I'm always telling clients consistency is key - so I'm putting it to the test myself this month.
4 sets of pushups, 4-5 times per week
Tracking where I started (135) vs where I finish.
If you want, join in. Post your first 4 set total and tag @mobilestrengthco or comment here and follow for weekly updates.

I'm excited to see how everyone does.

Everybody wants results...
But not everybody is willing to do the work.

Extra reps. Extra effort. Extra focus.
That's where the difference is made.

Be like @connorhobby8, if you want it, go get it with Mobile Strength Company.

DM to get started. #nowornever #putinthework #hardworkpaysoffs

One thing to know about mobile strength company, when we come to train you, we may need to pet your cats and dogs 🤷‍♂️ 🧡 #kittensofinstagram #mobilepersonaltrainer #petfriendly

This young man is an absolute pleasure to train. He loves pushing himself, working hard, and when other people would throw in the towel, he asks for more. He understands the difference between good and great is putting in the extra work, when nobody’s telling you to, because he wants to be the best he can be. Keep up the good work @connorhobby8.

This session was 30 minutes of weight training, 30 minutes of plyometrics, and finished off with pushing a weighted sled.

Had great training session with this young @mosleyhighschool football player this morning. Working on strength, power, and explosiveness with some weightlifting and plyometrics. #personaltraining #mosleyfootball #mobilestrengthco #fitnessanywhere
