POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A game-day lift should not leave an athlete feeling like they have already played nine innings.

During fall ball, the goal is not to create soreness or force another exhausting workout into the week. The goal is to touch the physical qualities hitters need while keeping them fresh enough to perform.

Banded pogos allow the athletes to rehearse fast, elastic ground contacts with assistance.

Squat jumps, lateral broad jumps, and half-kneeling box jumps develop explosive intent through different directions and positions.

Landmine jerks and medicine-ball throws train total-body power by connecting force from the lower body through the upper body.

Step-ups, pulldowns, kettlebell swings, and soleus work help maintain strength, tissue capacity, and total-body readiness.

The volume stays controlled. The intent stays high. Every exercise has a specific job.

Athletes should leave a game-day lift feeling more prepared, not more tired.

In-season training is not about doing less for the sake of doing less.

It is about giving the athlete exactly what they need without taking away from the game.

Build the Evidence.

This is bigger than a campaign — it’s Tallahassee’s college students showing up for the schools and neighborhoods that raised us. One cause. One city. One mission. Let’s amplify.
#Amplify850 #giveback #leoncountyschools

Our founder @vince.nucatola sought to bring Leon County students together across all levels of education, he is the backbone of this organization.

Our Executive Team is the driving force behind our mission—leading with purpose, thinking boldly, and turning big ideas into real action. We’re committed to building a movement that strengthens the 850 as a whole and creates an impact that lasts. We love the 850, and we’re here to make it better, louder, and stronger.

Our External Team works tirelessly to amplify our mission and share it with the world. This is truly a team effort, and they are dedicated to making sure every person across the 850 understands who we are, what we stand for, and the impact we’re working to create.

Our Internal Team is the backbone of our mission, working behind the scenes to keep everything moving forward. From strengthening our organization to supporting our team and creating systems for growth, they make sure we have the foundation needed to turn our vision into action. Every detail matters, and their work ensures we can continue making an impact across the 850.

Our Marketing Team is the creative force behind the mission, turning ideas into a movement that people can see, connect with, and believe in. They bring the energy, creativity, and strategy to tell our story, grow our presence, and make sure the 850 knows exactly who we are. Every post, campaign, and idea is another opportunity to spark conversation, build community, and take our mission further.

We are one team, driven by one mission: to make an undeniable impact across the 850. We bring the energy, the passion, and the commitment to turn vision into action. Every person plays a role, every voice matters, and every effort moves us forward. Together, we’re building something bigger than ourselves and we’re not stopping until our mission is known, felt, and lived across the entire 850.
