A lot to unpack in this scene! Way to go Nicky for staying true to your character, not playing for that weasel Coach Naz.

Normally I'd just do this as a story, but unlike most gigs that come and go, I actually still talk to @connorrush_ & @pj_takogrip

In 2016 I wrote a bunch of goals that seemed impossible, and I got them all within that year.

Also, that year I went to a vision board class @directorskcut that I still have the papers of.

There was one goal on that paper: New Year’s Eve in Time Square (crazy I know).

Flash forward, I’ve been living in New York for four years. I have done over 500 street interviews on the streets of New York City, out of which many are viral. I shot short films, attended events, Broadway shows, partied, visited every hotel/ restaurant/ museum/ park, lived in every corner of the city.

I now know it by heart. New York is my home.

I was born to be a New Yorker. It will always be home, no matter how many setbacks, drama, how many assholes and crazy people try to ruin it for me. It’s the place where I learned how to set boundaries, where I healed my childhood/adolescent traumas, it’s the city where I recognized my own power, where I could do whatever the fuck I wanted, and where I could be FREE.

And to everyone in this reel, I love you ❤️🤏

Premier went well tonight. There’s still work to be done before hitting festivals, but I’m happy with where it’s at so far.

Huge thank you to my entire cast and crew, including (but not limited to) @connorrush_ @kinsley_tort @matthew_clive_22 and @gwenatron._

The official trailer for Club Lax the Movie! We poured our heart and soul into this production because our team loves lacrosse and believes the sport should have a movie that accurately depicted our director’s playing experience. There is nothing like college club lacrosse, the combination of skill, wasted talent, passion, and brotherhood gives you memories for life and that’s what our movie set out to capture. Next step is to raise capital and finish this movie! Stay tuned for a fundraising link!

Club Lax: it goes from bad to worse. Can a lock-in with no chicks turn this team around?
