1 year of marriage with you! The greatest year of my entire life. I thank the Lord everyday for you, and I am so incredibly blessed and excited for what the Lord has in store for us. Things are just getting started and God has already been working miracles. Let us keep our eyes fixated on Him and He will continue to pave the way for us. I love you forever ❤️

We want to thank everyone for making our 5th year hosting our spring meet a success! (Long post)……….
To the OG’s and the first timers, we hope you enjoyed the night as much as we do. It’s such a warm feeling for us to see you all make the trip year after year. Your dedication and love shines through. We love to see you out enjoying your car!! This meet creates so much more than new friendships and business opportunities, it’s a chance to live in the moment during a time when everything feels rushed. (All photos are live snapshots from 👓)

To all our vendors who sacrifice their time to come out every year(which as a small business is our most valuable asset). We appreciate all of you. Small businesses supporting small businesses 🫶🏽 we value your friendships and support. @racers_edge_performance @elstire @mph_autospa @12voltspecialist @darcindustries @firststatehobbies @dredautoservice @wrenchtime_auto_llc @inductionautoworksllc @cc_kustomz @delawareautokings @gemmalowery4de @ryders_diecast_302 @wheelsandwafflesmeets

Big TY for buying merch and entering the raffle. & Congrats to Kyle for winning the raffle @ him please, You are the proud new owner of @jorgesx93 Carbon Fiber Bride seats 💺

Big thanks to the food truck @302foodplug for keeping us fed, and the state troopers for keeping the crowd under control.

Tricep Pushdowns....

The focus of a tricep pushdown is to strengthen and develop the triceps muscles, which are located at the back of the upper arm. This exercise is particularly effective for isolating the triceps without engaging other muscle groups significantly.

How to Perform a Tricep Pushdown Properly:

1.Equipment Setup: Use a cable machine with a pulley. Attach a straight bar, EZ curl bar, or rope attachment to the high pulley.

2.Starting Position:
Stand facing the machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Grab the bar or rope with an overhand grip (palms facing down), or if using a rope, with your palms facing each other.
Step back slightly so that there is tension in the cable, and position your elbows close to your body.

3.Grip and Stance:
Keep your elbows tucked in at your sides.
Your forearms should be parallel to the ground.

4.Execution:
Begin the movement by pushing down the bar or rope. Extend your arms fully while keeping your elbows stationary.
Ensure that only your forearms move; do not let your upper arms stray from their position.

5.Contraction:
At the bottom of the movement, fully contract your triceps. Hold this position briefly for maximum effect.

6.Return to Start:
Slowly let the bar or rope return to the starting position, controlling the weight back to the top without letting the weights touch to maintain tension.

7.Repetitions:
Perform the desired number of repetitions, typically 8-12 for muscle building, while maintaining good form throughout.

Tips for Proper Form:
Avoid using momentum; the movement should be smooth and controlled.
Don’t allow your back or shoulders to lean forward; maintain a strong posture.
Breathe out as you push down and breathe in as you return to the starting position.

Following these steps will help ensure you effectively target the triceps and minimize the risk of injury.

Man we all just tryna get buff 💪🏿📸

Had a conversation today with someone about how all of our experiences add up to the life that we are living. Meaning, you can give things value and say everything happens for a reason, but in all honesty, the situation you’re in is mostly created by decisions we’ve made in the past. And we can use those experiences to inform our decisions and create a better future or we can allow ourselves to be held down by them.

What do you choose to do with the hand that life has dealt you? Are you going to enjoy it, lock into the moment and be everything that you can be, or are you going to limit yourself based on others perception of who you should be?

Food for thought.

Bro I swear to you @_.kiarafit tried to legitimately kill Me today.

My quads are absolutely cooked. It’s awesome.

We always have to be open to learning new methods, understanding intentions and adding more to your toolbox as a life learner. Shoutout to everyone who helped get the flicks today as well.

If you’re tired of negotiating with yourself and ready to show up like you know you should—DM me. First session’s free. But know, this isn’t for everyone. 🗻
