🧠⚡ One of the elements that sets Team Ascension apart is our commitment to developing the TOTAL athlete!

Our foundation is spiritual, mental, and physical development, incorporating group prayer, meaningful discussions, and character building. 🙏🏾💪🏾

Beyond the physical aspects, we place tremendous emphasis on hand-eye coordination, cognitive processing, and central nervous system development!

We expose our athletes to real-time, game-like situations where they must maintain unilateral balance, process information, react instantly, track moving objects, and execute under pressure!

🔥 so when see my guys @blake_corum24 @dhand_9 @king.kris_0 @officially_eric17 @umarihatcher17 @gabefrmva_ @_itzrealjay @conor.ruppert @lj_hunterjr @adrien.picot7 @dragg.m1ke @dar1onmajeed , @steviejoppy @tyson2rawww @luhhh._jr @llvonnnll @540.cam @540.izzy @d3lives make plays on the field, it’s not by accident. I see how hard they work and have had the blessing of being a part of their villages

Of course, a huge part of their success is their God-given talent, but NEVER discount the HEART, DISCIPLINE, and WORK ETHIC these young men put into developing these elements of athletic performance! Talent is a blessing, but the work they put in matters! 💪🏾

It’s not just about being stronger or faster. It’s about THINKING, REACTING, and EXECUTING when it matters most!

Every day, I’m blessed to be part of this community 🙏🏾. I truly believe in what community stands for—banding together to do great things for the greater good of all 💪🏾. There’s nothing like being part of something bigger than yourself.

I’m grateful to see the growth of these two young men @d3vyn._f and @luck2fast I’ve known since they were teenagers (and even younger!)—and to team up with Coach @_bigjohn1 , a dynamic brother with so much to give to the youth 🙌🏾.

We have to give our best while we can—time is not our friend ⏳. So we move FULL SPEED ALL THE TIME—ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP 🚀.

Thank you for the community support that’s making the vision come to life. Greater things are ahead—we’re making inroads every day! 🌱✨

We can change the world… one community at a time 🌍

I’m building a community where everybody has a role—from the youngest to the oldest.

Everybody’s leading.
Everybody’s teaching.
Everybody’s learning.
Everybody’s getting better.

As iron sharpens iron… so shall we 💪🏾

I’m just thankful to remain under the covering of the Lord Jesus Christ and walk in what I believe is His purpose for my life 🙏🏾

Thank you to every family that supports what we do.
Every coach that shares our message, supports an event, or even offers a kind word or a prayer—I appreciate you 🤝🏾

We couldn’t do this without you.

They say if you want to go fast, go alone…
but if you want to go far, you need a team.

And I’m thankful for mine…

TEAM ASCENSION 🔥

Yesterday was more than a success 🔥

We had a great turnout in both groups, and the energy was exactly what we’re building at Team Ascension. 💪🏾 Coach John came through and did his thing—dropping valuable technique that these athletes can apply immediately.

This is how you sharpen your craft. This is how you separate.

These athletes are better moving forward… and this is just the beginning.

We’re running it back next week—tap in and don’t miss it. ⏳
