It took a few days to sink in but what can i say we done what we didn't think was possible to run from galway to dublin which is close to 200km.I just want to say a big thanks to everyone that had there part to play in it from the lads that sponsors and to all my running buddy that jumped in along the way.But a special thanks to my number one crew man the wack attack Roche the man that made it happen for myself and Conor the warrior we raised close to € 24.000 altogether €13000 for that young girl natasha Delaney and over €10.000 for st Johns ward in Crumlin hospital so thank you to each and everyone that donate big or small it's really appreciated. Thanks to my family and friends for all the well wishes ❀️

Just remarkable how something started from nothing to now over 75 members in our over 60s classes its remarkable but shows when you put your heart into something and really do it with good intentions from the heart it shines and yhe word spreads fast... Incredible from where they begin to now using machines and weights.... Always massive shout out to Conor craig my two coaches for been there from day one and giving up there free time to help build this Incredible community off men and women.. And thanks to the Brian the bosco manager for his consistent support in this class without him nothing is possible 🫑🧑🧑🧑🫑 And massive shout out to Dublin city Council for allowing us to bring such positive things to drimnagh community 🧑🧑🧑🧑🧑🧑
