The moment you remove “I can’t” from your vocabulary, your brain starts searching for “How can I?”
That’s where growth begins.
That’s where discipline is built.
That’s where results show up.

Your mindset isn’t just a thought — it’s a command.
Change the words. Change the questions. Change your life.

Stop saying I can’t.
Start asking How can I?

❌ Your spine doesn’t move in straight lines.
❌ Your pain isn’t random.

Your spine is built to move in 3D —
when one part moves, others MUST move with it.

That’s coupled motion 🧠🦴

Lose it and your body starts:
⚠️ compensating
⚠️ wearing down
⚠️ sending bad signals to your brain

Most neck & back pain starts long before it hurts.

Fix the movement → fix the problem.

👇 Comment “MOVE” if this made sense
📌 Save this — your future spine will thank you

Sometimes, we need to address our mental health issues and engage in self-care to find joy amid our struggles. Today, I spoke with Dr. Kierra Lloyd from Conscious Freedom Therapy Group about the importance of self-care for therapists and the assistance we need to discover our joy during challenging times.
