If you’re in a state where 🥬 isn’t banned, light one up for the hundreds of small businesses and thousands of farmers and workers who are losing their jobs thanks to big alcohol lobbyists and big pharma being deep in the pockets of the @tn.gop. Tennessee’s ban on THCA and other high-potency hemp-derived products takes full statewide effect on July 1, 2026. Several companies, including one of my favorites @consideritflowersapp, have already closed their doors because of the ban. This comes as 🥬 products are outperforming 🥃 products in the state for the third year in a row. They also want to keep innocent POC incarcerated for possession of a PLANT. Shame on you, @tn.gop!
