Autumn is in full swing! Wandered through the forest today alongside the river on the Canby Logging Trail. So peaceful. This is for anyone needing a moment of tranquility today. #cortisolcontrol #naturaldopamine #nwforestgirl #getoutside #mthoodterritory #canbyloggingroad #dreamscape #naturetherapy #myzen #designalifeyoulove #breathe #peace #serenity #codex #tranquility
