June @medicalmedium HMDS Launch Party at Erewhon Culver City, CA.

I haven’t traveled without Lexi, my wife and travel buddy in 15 years. It was a daunting task. One I did not want to embark upon willingly, but I prayed on it and God told me that despite all the many concerns I had about this trip, that I should go.

He gave me scriptures, signs and songs all along the way to illuminate and verify my path and let me know I was never alone, forgotten or forsaken.

I met so many long time digital realm friends who felt like family already and confirmed that feeling in person.

I met so many new friends who instantly felt like soul family as well.

The event itself was miraculous! A feat of divine proportions. Every detail was meticulously and perfectly planned and executed.

Anthony’s poise under pressure, his true character, compassion and endless generosity were absolutely awe inspiring. He shined like a supernova and inspired the rest of us to do the same.

This community is so precious. It is worth fighting for and pouring into eternally.

Thank you @medicalmedium and team for catalyzing this epic event. The ripples of which will defy time and space and reach out far beyond both.

Thank you Anthony for your example of humble obedience to God. Thank you for the generous outpouring of gifts both physical and spiritual.

Thank you to everyone who traveled so far and long to get there to bless us all with your presence. Those were truly the greatest presents.

Thank you God for all of these light filled beings. For providing safe travel, lodging and celebration for us all. For perfect weather and the glorious interactions and vistas we experienced here. Please bless us all Lord and continue to guide us along paths of Your choosing to accomplish Your will here on earth in furtherance of Your kingdom, Amen.

The first time trying one of the Medical Medium brain shot protocols. I tried the Medical Medium Anger Shifter. (Really, because it was the one I had all the ingredients for. )
Ummm, in my opinion, this is for real. It did something I was not expecting. Not at all.
My brain felt like there were light fluffy white clouds lifting up heavy rain clouds that were in my brain. Gosh, I didn’t know this was there.
My brain started feeling less heavy and I didn’t realize my brain was feeling heavy before this.
Then about half way through, there was a sensation of happiness rain gently sprinkling down on my shoulders and neck. Then gently down on my torso.
This was unexpected.
This was lovely to feel.

And I think that there may more healing that can take place in my healing from RA.

Thank you, Anthony, The Medical Medium for your books and the Brain Saver books. You out do yourself with each successive book you put out with Spirit of the Most High’s help.

This weekend, I had the pleasure of meeting a fellow @medicalmedium and @rewildrenew healer!

@constance.7777, her family and I had such an amazing time! I had forgotten how fun it is to engage with like minded people in social settings. What a blessing!

I was so proud of myself for being healed enough to experience so much! Sooooo thankful to @medicalmedium and SOC for making that possible!

Healing Butternut Squash Soup MM Way (GF, Plant Based)

It is butternut squash season❣
I love to make a delicious soup with it, no matter what, it always hits the spot.

I love to make my own Healing Broth, I just play with flavors and whatever I have available in my kitchen.
I use the base from #medicalmedium Healing Broth and just add other phenomenal foods to it.

I also like to use a 100% independently tested glass pot.
I want to see everything inside my pot, all those beautiful vegetables and spices at work to create that magical broth.😉
My stove top safe glass pot is one of my favorite tools in my kitchen..I have been using it for many years and never get tired of watching how it cooks my food.

Ingredients:
3 heirloom tomatoes, roughly chopped
3 celery stalks, roughly chopped
3 onions, roughly chopped
Handful of fresh basil
1 butternut squash, peeled and roughly chopped
2 young reishi mushrooms
Handful of fresh thyme
Spring / filtered water to cover all

Directions:
Cook all on low heat, covered.
Strain the broth and save it.
Blend the butternut squash with the tomatoes and onions.
Discard the rest of the vegetables from the broth.
Mix the strained broth with the blended butternut squash, tomatoes and onions.
Add fresh lemon juice.
Serve hot and give blessings to the Angel of Abundance, fall has provided great fresh produce with her help.

Graham Crackers MM Way (GF, Plant Based, nuts/seeds free)

It's the time of the year when people like to bake and the autumn chill makes you think of cinnamon, apples and crunchy graham crackers😉
At least, it does for me...my favorite childhood treat ❣

Being on MM diet I simply couldn't find a good list of ingredients for any Graham cracker to buy, but I wanted my son to try and experience Graham crackers as I did as a child.
He never had graham crackers before.
He is a MM kid💞 @medicalmedium

I want to give credit to @_sheliveswell for her recipe inspiration, I just changed some things to adjust to our taste buds.

I use whole vanilla beans that I grind in a coffee grinder. I don't want to buy any vanilla in alcohol or the ones that are already in powder form because most of the magical essentual oils are gone...I want to tap into all of its potency and have it fresh ground.
"Vanilla has a calming effect on the nervous system and is an effective treatment for anxiety and stress. The aroma of vanilla beans alone has been shown to increase feelings of relaxation and happiness."#medicalmedium

Wet Ingredients:
1 tsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp maple syrup
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 defrosted coconut smoothie pack of 100 g (coconut meat and coconut water) @pitayafoods
1 vanilla bean freshly ground

Dry ingredients:
4 cups GF oat flour
3 Tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp baking powder, Aluminium free
Pinch of salt (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven at 325 F.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Blend all wet ingredients in a high speed blender.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently mix.
Line a baking pan with unbleached parchment paper.
Spread the cracker dough and with wet hands press firmly to form a cracker width.
Cut in squares and press with a fork as you can see in my pictures.
Bake for 20 min or so.
Let cool completely, they are soft when hot.

Wild Mushrooms Burgers MM Way (GF, Plant Based, Overt Fat Free)

I have many plant based recipes for burgers, with and without overt fat, but this recipe tops them all.

This recipe uses Wild Chanterelle Mushrooms, the beautiful gourmet mushrooms highly prized for their unique taste and flavor.

I am fortunate enough to live in an area where wild chanterelles grow in abundance and I am beyond grateful to @steveschachtschneider for being an amazing wild mushrooms responsible harvester.

This is another recipe for people out there looking to heal without fats, to inspire them and give diversity to their healing diet.

Because I don't use any questionable and addictive ingredients, I rely heavily on roasting lots and lots of vegetables, especially onions and garlic to bring out the flavor.

I love to serve these burgers over a lettuce wrap, topped with fresh garden tomatoes, my homemade mustard (recipe on my IG page) and caramelized onions.

Ingredients:
4 medium onions, chopped
14 garlic cloves, skin on
1 fresh cayenne pepper, seeds removed and chopped
1 red pepper, seeds removed and chopped
1lb chanterelles mushrooms
2 Tbs mustard (my 2 ingredients recipe on my IG page)
1 tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp chipotle powder, more or less
2 to 3 cups cooked millet, fully chilled in advance
2 tsp dry basil
1 tsp dry thyme
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 c fresh parsley, chopped
3 Tbs arrowroot flour

Directions:
Heat oven at 375F.
Arrange the first 4 ingredients in two baking pans and cook till they get soft and fragrant.
"Sweat" the chanterelle mushrooms in a separate incovered pot on low medium until all the moisture fully evaporates mixing regularly.
Mix all the ingredients and give few pulses in a food processor, but not too much.
You still want some bites of veggies and mushrooms in it.
Form burger patties and bake at 375F.
Gently flip midway.

6am morning routine for the family: lemon water, fresh celery juice, HMDS (heavy metal detox smoothie). Anthony William has changed our household ‘s morning. And we are healthier for it.
The celery juice has become a game changer for me healing my RA caused by the Epstine-Barr virus, (EBV) feasting on heavy metals in my system. Particularly, copper.
Shortly after my daddy died and I started my nursing career all after a very stressful move, I came down with hypothyroidism and my hair started to thin. I started using a hair shampoo and conditioner that was advertised as having copper in it to stimulate hair regrowth. It worked. But unbeknownst to me I was setting myself up for RA. 7 short years later (2014) I was diagnosed with RA. This was after yet another move to overseas and my job became excessively stressful and demanding. Working under duress and late hours. Now, I know this poured adrenaline into my system. Throw in menopause and my first recorded bout of strep throat followed by 2 rounds of antibiotics with a trip to an ER with anaphylaxis. I received a medication drip and 2 epi-injections. Now I know, to the EBV and streptococcus in my system, this was a long drawn out feast. I’m a nurse. And I don’t know this was happening. . Fast forward to today, November 2019, I am doing a #medicalmedium lifestyle. My family seeing the significant changes in my health started doing this too. They chose on their own. ❤️ So life at our home is mostly plant 🌱 based. For specific occasion we have wild turkey 🦃 or another grass-fed grass-finished meat. I tell my kids, if you are out and there’s no normal MM choices, eat what you can. We’ll have oil of oregano 🌿 and another CJ when we can. .
For planned trips we take the vitamix, omega juicer and many of the extracts and supplements with us. We pack fresh fruits 🍎 .
