One of the best ways to protect your wedding-day timeline is to schedule your bridal photoshoot on another day. Hair, makeup, dressing, travel and portraits almost always take longer than expected and when the unexpected intrudes on your timeline, bridal portraits are often the first thing to be shortened. Moreover, the inevitable stress created by the them crunch does not make for the best bride expression. There is SO much distraction and So much to enjoy on the big day, give it the time and bandwidth it deserves. Booking your couples portrait session on a separate day allows you to choose the most flattering light independent of the event timeline, a location best suited for portraits (which may not be your ceremony venue) without keeping your guests waiting or missing your own cocktail hour. Plan the photo session for the following day, later in the honeymoon or before the wedding with a second bridal look. You can relax and focus on getting the best photos with your beloved instead of having creased brow because aunt Leticia was trying to mime something behind the photographer. Give your photoshoot the time it deserves so you can be graciously present on your wedding day Protect your wedding-day timeline
Eliminating a 2 hour photoshoot keeps the ceremony day from feeling rushed Get the best light and location Plan the photoshoot around flattering light and the setting instead of cramming it into the wedding day timeline Feel relaxed in front of the camera With no ceremony countdown or guests to engage with, you can move naturally and enjoy the experience Be present on the wedding day Have the time and presence to have meaningful moments with your guests More time for wardrobe changes, creative photography You can add different looks, different locations and have more time for detail shots like flatlays ***Save this tip for your wedding plans***

September at the Library just hits differently. ✨ For C + J, the Boston Public Library set the stage for a black-tie celebration that felt classic without feeling expected. Soft mauve, cream, and layers of green brought warmth to the Library’s iconic spaces, while lush hydrangea and thoughtful details carried the design from one room to the next. It was an evening layered with refined details, exceptional food & beverage and a packed dance floor. 🎷 . . . Officially introducing Mr. & Mrs. Geraci. 🤍 From the very beginning, these two knew exactly what they wanted: an elegant black-tie celebration that felt timeless, personal, and most importantly, really fun. And that’s exactly what September 12th was. After all the planning, meetings, decisions and many pretty details, getting to watch C + J simply enjoy their wedding day was the best part. These two were a dream to work with and even more fun to celebrate! Cheers to forever, C + J!🥂 . . . If there is one thing Paige & Mike know how to do, it’s celebrate. Their day was packed with non stop laughter and this palpable, unforgettable energy. A year ago today, we celebrated M + A and a day that felt as beautiful, intentional, and full of heart as the two of them. Set among the hills of Willow Hill, their wedding unfolded with an effortless sense of intimacy, from an emotional ceremony surrounded by nature to a tent filled with candlelight, lush florals, and a night of celebration. Happy first anniversary, M + A! Wishing you both a lifetime of the kind of love worth celebrating again and again. 🥂 . . .
