Adam Lafleur is now the resident Executive Chef at Constantine, located in the Anndore House at Yonge & Bloor in the heart of Toronto.

He dissects the Garland Master Series Island Suite as the centerpiece of the Italian Mediterranean restaurant. The kitchen suite is an open concept, showcasing a diverse blend of Induction, French Tops, Gas Burners, Plancha, Fryer & Pasta Cooker. This along with the refrigerated and oven bases allow for flexibility of workstations through seasonal menu changes.

I don’t talk about my relationship in public much, mostly because I genuinely don’t have much to complain about (anymore 😜)

But somehow after 4 years, we’re still in that honeymoon phase.

And 4 years has taught us a few things:

1. There’s no such thing as a “perfect” relationship. There are just two people who keep choosing each other, growing together, and learning how to adapt to each other.

2. You’re going to change. They’re going to change. What you need from each other will change. And I think the important part is wanting to grow with each other.

3. I also think the right person should inspire you to become a better version of yourself, and being loved by them makes you comfortable to keep growing.

Thank you @theanndorehouse for making our 4 year anniversary a relaxing one where we felt taken care of 🤍
