From Night Shift to Gym Shift 🩺➡️🏋🏽‍♀️

Imagine coming off a 12-hour overnight shift saving the city… exhausted, ready for bed, but you still show up for you 🔥

That’s exactly what they do! These nurse come straight from caring for others all night to coming in and putting in the work to take care of themselves.

That’s true DISCIPLINE. They may not always have the most energy, and motivation only goes so far. Often times it’s a matter of making the decision to show up anyway.

Major respect to every nurse balancing long shifts, life, responsibilities, AND their fitness goals 🩺❤️

If they can find a way to make themselves a priority after a 12-hour shift… what’s stopping you 👀

CultureCon was nothing short of amazing — a true celebration of Black culture and creativity.✨ From inspiring conversations to unforgettable fashion moments, every detail honored the brilliance of our community.
This year’s theme, “Take Space: The New Frontier,” encouraged us to show up boldly, and we did just that. There was too much fashion to fit in one post 👏🏾🔥
