Take a walk through our Willoughby project with us.

With the exterior nearing completion, we're making great progress inside. Flooring and tiling works are underway as we prepare for the installation of custom joinery.

We're looking forward to seeing the finishing details come together over the coming weeks.

Coffee #15 is with Charlie Chedid, Director at Construction Concierge

Back in my commercial real estate days, I was selling a freehold investment and Charlie was acting for the purchaser

Charlie was a tough but fair negotiator, and there was plenty of back and forth before we eventually got the deal done for his purchaser

I reckon we had 20–30 phone calls throughout the process. Plenty of negotiating, a few twists and turns, and definitely a couple of moments where we thought the deal might not get over the line

Despite all those conversations, we never actually met face to face, until now

Enjoy the Q&A

From drawings to reality.

We've reached a major construction milestone with the installation of the structural steel and timber framing to walls and roof.

Precision planning, teamwork and a lot of heavy lifting behind the scenes to make it happen.

The skeleton of the project is taking shape and we're excited to keep the momentum going.

🎥 Site Progress Update — Stage 1, 2 & 3 Concrete Pours

Solid foundations coming together step by step.

Here’s a quick clip showing the sequence of pours as we build out the structure. A lot of planning, coordination and timing goes into getting this right — but the team smashed it.
