The mindset shift you NEED as a competitor to move forward after a loss.

Mai / May / mei

A month in between. Change is coming, a chapter is about to close and another one to begin. It feels like assessing everything and figuring out what will stay, what is coming back, and what will need to be let go of - and it’s not just about sorting out stuff in boxes.
Overwhelming, exciting, and fun!

Eugène Webb.
Een vader. Een ondernemer. Een broeder.
Maar boven alles: een voorbeeld.

Altijd klaarstaan voor anderen.
Altijd geven.

Happy birthday bro!

Our biggest Teens Bootcamp yet! 🎉

This Sunday, we welcomed 20 teens on the mats for our teens bootcamp with special guest instructor @rose.jiujitsu. With lots of happy faces, great energy, and plenty of curious questions, the group got to learn from one of Europe’s top competitors.

Rose shared insights from her competition journey and passed on valuable training wisdom that inspired everyone in the room. 🙌

Thank you to all who joined and made this the most successful bootcamp so far. Our next teens bootcamp is on Sunday September 14th. You can register for this event through the link in our bio.

Great seminar with Darragh today!

We dove deep into the crucifix position, covering entries, control, and slick submissions.

Huge thanks to @darraghoconaill for sharing top-tier knowledge and details 🙌
