Some rooms give you information.

The right rooms change the way you think.

RESET France wasn’t built to be another business conference, networking event, or mastermind.

We brought a small group of accomplished founders and executives to a château outside Paris and gave them something that’s surprisingly hard to find when you’re building at a high level:

Space.

Space to think.
Space to question what’s working—and what isn’t.
Space to have conversations you can’t always have with your team.
Space to decide what the next chapter actually looks like.

Hearing Brett talk about his experience at RESET is exactly why Maresa and I created this.

Not more noise.
Not more tactics.
Not another room full of business cards.

The right people.
The right conversations.
The space to RESET.

France was only the beginning. 🇫🇷

Next stop: Costa Rica. 🇨🇷

It was an honor to co-host this awesome event with @aaron75x
And of course the amazing @bjanzz

At the start of the week, only a few people knew each other.

By the end, connections had been made, walls had come down, decisions had been made—and yes, a whole lot of fun was had. Including our glam bot moment. ✨

RESET France lived up to its promise:

No motivational fluff.
No empty aspiration.
Clarity gained.
Decisions made.
Real connections created.

And a room full of people leaving fundamentally different than when they arrived.

Exactly what we wanted. 🇫🇷🥂

bet you wish you were on this team! 😉

Real talk though — building something is so much better when you actually love the people you’re building it with. France reset in the books. 75x forever 🤍🇫🇷👏🏼🧩

Who have you been as a leader?

That’s the question we opened with today. Not what have you built. Not what are you scaling. Who have you been, because most founders have never actually stopped to look.

We started with breath work. Then identity. Then Human Design, then the Color Code work I’ve been doing with leaders for years. By late afternoon the room had language for things people have been carrying silently for a decade.

Self-awareness is a superpower.

I say it constantly and I’ll keep saying it. You can’t lead people you don’t understand, and you can’t understand people until you understand yourself. It isn’t the soft part of leadership. It’s the whole foundation.

And then we ended the night with karaoke. Because why not.

Turns out the fastest way to drop the executive armor is to watch a room full of founders butcher a chorus together.

Day One set the foundation. Everything else builds from here.

When our participants tell us this was one of the best events they’ve ever attended, we don’t take that lightly.

We are deeply honored by every person who chose to come, trusted the process, showed up fully, and helped make RESET France truly unforgettable.

And to our partners—thank you for believing in us, supporting the vision, and helping us bring this experience to life.

We came to do the work. We created the magic. And tonight—we celebrate. 🇫🇷🥂✨

How do you get a room full of founders to stop leading for a week?

You don’t ask them to. You build a container that makes it possible.

The drive out of Paris is part of it. The glass handed over before anyone finds their room is part of it. The breathwork before dinner isn’t a wellness moment — it’s the door. Operators don’t stop operating on command. They stop when the space around them stops requiring it.

That’s the work we do before anyone arrives.

The container creates the safety.
The safety creates the permission.
The permission creates the reset.

Grateful for the team that helped us build a place where entrepreneurs could actually put it down — and for the group who trusted us enough to. #Resetfrance2026

This is what RESET looks like.

I’m never shocked to see that most masterminds become an ego-fest centered around their founders. RESET France was intentionally built differently.

We are not motivational.
We are not aspirational.

There’s no “10 steps to…..”

No guru worship. No performative networking. No one person pretending to have all the answers.

We co-created a framework that allows founders, executives, and entrepreneurs to step away from the noise—not to escape their businesses, but to see themselves and what they’re building more clearly.

We’ve called it the personal and operating thesis.

Day 1: Identity — Who are you without the titles, labels, and expectations?

Day 2: Strategy — What are you building, why does it matter, and what needs to change?

Day 3: Integration — How do you turn clarity into aligned action and actual results?

Teaching in France isn’t about delivering more information. It was about creating the space for honest conversations, sharper decisions, and the kind of clarity that changes what happens when everyone returns home.

Because growth isn’t always about doing more.

Sometimes, you have to pause long enough to see what needs to change, what needs to go, and what deserves your energy next.

That’s RESET France. 🇫🇷
