I will always be the person who notices when something is slightly off.

It might be something our couples or their guests would never notice, but if I know it can be better, I’m going to fix it. Those little details add up, and I want everything to feel right before our couple ever walks into the space.

Sometimes that means adjusting the same thing more than once... but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Spent a lovely afternoon with @nixonlibraryevents soaking in the sunshine, market goods and conversations with wedding friends.

Always love spending time here, especially when we’re the guests enjoying the beautiful garden. Thank you to the lovely events team for the special treat today - seeing you is always a joy!!

When the setting is already this beautiful, it’s all about designing around it rather than taking away from it. 🌊

For Tara + Ali’s ceremony, every detail worked with the ocean backdrop to create a space that felt elevated while still letting the view have its moment.

Truly the perfect setting for these two.

And we’d do it all over again. 🫡

It may not be the most glamorous part of wedding planning, but it’s part of the job. Our team spent four hours steaming and ironing every linen because we care about the details, even when they take hours behind the scenes.

We want our couples and their guests to walk into a space and feel like everything was thought through and taken care of. Sometimes that means spending four hours getting the linens just right.

If this is the kind of care you’re looking for on your wedding day, we’d love to be part of it.

A first look at Tara + Ali’s wedding day. 🫶

A lot happens behind the scenes before a space is ready for guests, and this one had so many beautiful details come together throughout the day.

So thankful for the incredible team who worked alongside us to bring it all together.

When the bride asks for a full aisle, we make it FuLL.

A strong design element is all you need to completely transform a space, especially with the ocean view.

To Tara and Ali, the Bel-Air Bay Club is more than just a beautiful venue overlooking the ocean in the Pacific Palisades. It’s a family legacy of struggle, hard work, and love.

It’s the place of work that sponsored Tara’s Irish grandfather to immigrate to America, along with his whole family. They lived at the club when they arrived.

And three generations later, it’s where his granddaughter married the love of her life.

Weddings days are a cross-section in the stories of our lives, stories that are inherited and yet to be told. It was an honor to be present at Tara and Ali’s Bel-Air Bay Club wedding day.

The team behind your wedding matters just as much as the planning itself. 🤍

When I’m building a vendor team, I’m not just looking for beautiful work. I’m looking for people whose communication, workflow, and level of care align with the experience I want my couples to have.

There’s a reason I continue working with so many vendors I’ve built relationships with over the years. When everyone is aligned from the start, it allows us to focus on creating the best possible experience for our couples.

If you’re looking for a planner who values building the right team just as much as the design itself, we’d love to chat.

The amazing team behind this wedding:
