Round 7 of Nationals -
Block 6 is one of those extra challenging blocks where mixed pieces have to spin. Plus, it’s a slot switcher.

We saw huge growth with this block this year! Our first attempts resulted in some explosions… our 6s at Nationals were nice and controlled. It’s always awesome to see our progress!

I have such a Nationals hangover. I’ve got other things coming up to prepare for (omg - I’m doing a wingsuit record soon) but my brain hasn’t finished chewing on both VFS and FS.

I’m still making my way through all the videos, both ours and others. This was a nice tidy round by us! So proud of our clean, controlled flying this comp

Post-Nationals appreciation post! This is my serious face, because I am seriously grateful for all my sponsors. Y’all make the awesome gear I rely on every skydive. Thank you for all your support!

Shoutout to
- @cookiehelmets for keeping my noggin safe! Love my G35 and G4 - can’t wait to try the C45
- @verticalsuits for keeping me fly in my neon Viper. It’s the third one I’ve bought and the fit is perfect for VFS and bigway
- @lbaltimeters for keeping me altitude aware despite the abuse I put them through
- @fluidwings for building me a gorgeous Gangster that makes my canopy part of the skydive just as fun as the freefall

Big thanks to @context.vfs special sponsors:
- Sushi Sponsor @mrdanielschultz
- Pastry Sponsor @comrade.rosa

More [con-sequentials] content! Jump 1 from the event & the first record we set that day. Even when someone accidentally took someone else’s slot! (Did you see the “Excuse me ma’am, I believe that’s my slot” moment?)

I’m just finishing 8 long and fun days straight of team training - 4 days with my VFS team [context] and 4 days with MatriX.
58 jumps and 58 pack jobs.
My body hurts tonight, but the laughs, camaraderie, and growth are worth every milligram of ibuprofen.

These last 4 days with Joey and Fener were some of the best flying I’ve ever done.

Fener and I leave for Nationals on Monday.
But first I get to give-back to my community here at Skydive Chicago this Labor Day weekend with an MFS event tomorrow, and Freefly load organizing on Sunday.
This has been such an incredible season for me.
Here’s hoping my next FB update is some exciting news from Nationals🤞🏽💪🏽👽💙

Finally posting the videos of the record jumps from [con-sequentials] in July! Record #2, a 3 pointer

When you’re tardy with your posting, you get to experience the joy of it, like it just happened all over again 😆

Heck of a last camp this weekend, last training before Nationals!

What a way to close out the training season. Excellent jumps, passable weather (compared to other camps), jumping jorts, and smiles, laughs, and jokes galore.

Can’t wait for our first Nationals in Open!
