It’s really this simple. Delivering the best treatment is always the goal. Being recognized by the local community as a qualified and depandable practitioner feeds the ego, offering the most powerful treatment feeds the soul, and in my case, my soul is hungrier than my ego.

There are a few decisions I have made in my lifetime, that I am forever grateful for. Listed by importance, not in a chronological order 😊

First was to become a mother🤰🏼
Second one was to leave relationships that didn’t serve me ❌
Third one was to marry my husband🫶🏼
Fourth one was picking a career that serves others 🙌🏻
and fifth one was to build a gym in my garage💪🏼

You have to preserve tissue integrity as you are losing weight. And before you start the process, ask yourself: do you want to look good in clothes or do you want to look good in a bikini? How about both? Once severe tissue laxity presents itself it’s extremely costly and lengthy to improve it. There is truly no fixing it (except for surgery). Prevention is really the best option. Loose
weight slowly, built muscle mass, preserve the skin.

Why is it so hard for us to commit to ourselves? Self care is a commitment, so is fitness, nutrition and sleep. In 10 years, when you look back, what will you regret doing? What will you wish had done more of?

It’s Endermologie, but is it ES-1, Keymodule, Integral, Alliance or Infinity Endermologie. Is it a Spa or Medical version?

Fascial remodeling and tissue mobilization can improve the pliability, glide, and mechanical organization of the fascial–subcutaneous tissue complex.

By reducing tissue restriction and optimizing interstitial fluid movement, these changes help create a smoother tissue surface and reveal a more defined underlying contour.

And THAT’S what makes Endermologie so magical.

I hope you can tell the difference in your treatment, when your therapist is working for money, and when your therapist is doing what’s truly aligned with their values, lifestyle and passion. You don’t want to be just another name on the calendar.

So excited for this new treatment that our Nurse Practitioner, Rose, is now offering! ✨

You can do it with or without microneedling—depending on whether you want zero downtime or a deeper treatment. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t know about you, but I’m getting ready to GLOW this holiday season. ✨🎄

Christmas tree lights will have nothing on me. 😉
