Conor was able to get amazing results:
- training 3 days a week
- with a simple meal plan
- and structure that made it easy to show up for himself.

Who's next ;)

Part Of Me is out now 🫀

Connor and I met on the club circuit a decade ago, playing the same venues before a long term residency at @starfvckersclub where we’d all DJ ‘til the late hours of Sunday morning, getting our start and running an absolute muck in the process! We ended up making records together under past projects off the back of it and have been best mates since

It was epic to join forces again and level up from the dodgy bedroom studios we used to write in.. to a big session at @studios301 where we put the final touches on this track, before debuting it at the @glass_island show

Born from late nights and loud rooms — out now everywhere 🌏
