The Hub Arts Collective @ Halifax Health are partnering to have an exhibit and auction to benefit individuals who are being treated for breast cancer. 3D bras are being made for the event. I am working on a sign in the shape of a bra for advertising at a local shop. My next art project might be that 3D bra that catches your attention!

Sometimes the best view isn’t where you expect it.
Our Daytona Beach Urban Sketchers group met at the Ormond Beach Library on a warm Florida morning. Rather than sketching outside in the heat, I found a quiet window overlooking the farmers market and the dolphin fountain. It became the perfect place to slow down, observe, and capture the scene with my pen and watercolor. At the end of the session we thrown down our sketchbooks! It’s fun to see how each artist interprets the location. I am already looking forward to our next outing this fall. #Urbansketchers#ormondbeach#urbansketching #penandwatercolor #artistsonlocation

Summer scenes inspired this new collection of watercolor cards and canvas totes now at The Hub on Canal. The bright red lifeguard stand has always felt like a symbol of New Smyrna Beach. The contrast of the red lifeguard stand against the blue water is amazing! I have added several beach themed cards, created from my original WC paintings. Even during the summer it’s nice to see visitors stop and look closely and take home a piece of local art. #thehuboncanal #newsmyrnabeach #beachart #floridaartists #watercolorartwork
