Savor the splits in TWO ways! Join Kali for a fun yoga workshop focused on working toward Hanumanasana (the splits).

You’ll learn how to properly warm up, prep, and work your way toward your splits. Then, celebrate your practice with an actual banana split! 🍨🍌🐒

Hit a milestone this week! Got to perform at the Comedy Store. Surrounded by love, soul friends, music that keeps us connected and memories we’ll cherish for the rest of this lifetime and the next 💫🤍 🌝

I can’t say “I can’t believe these two are married!” because that would be a biggest lie I ever told 🫢 It was obvious a long time ago that Kieran and Cj were absolutely meant for one another ☝🏻and witnessing this relationship grow from our early high school days till now is something I am so grateful to be a part of 👫🏼💘

Being around Kieran and Cj’s love has only made the love in this crew that much deeper 🙏🏻 and Cj said something to us all this day that stuck with me.. and that’s that the love the two of them share wouldn’t be quite the same without the love that we all collectively share 🫶🏼 the feeling is definitely one I can relate to.

What I can’t believe is that this is just the beginning of the rest of your lives together 🤯 and can I be selfish for a sec here a say OUR lives together 🤭 ok, for real, I get giddy thinking about what’s ahead for you two and this life that we get to frolic through ✨

Here’s you to you two 🍾 and a lifetime of chasing sunrises, sunsets, your dreams, Roc, and so much more to come. I LOVE YOU BOTH ENDLESSLY!
