When my clients stress about the possibility of rain on their wedding day, I show them this — because a little rain never hurts your wedding photos! ☔️🤍

When you hire experienced and talented wedding vendors, they know how to take the unexpected and turn it into something unforgettable. Mattie & Garrett’s wedding album is the perfect example. Instead of letting the rain take away from their day, they embraced it—and let it become the most perfect unpaid actor, creating some of the most fun, unique, and unforgettable photos from their wedding day.

I was in kind of a weird mood this morning and opened my camera roll because I needed to post something on Instagram.

And instead of overthinking what I should post, what would perform well, what I haven’t shared lately, blah blah blah… I decided to just scroll.#

Scroll. Scroll. Scroll. Stop.

Whatever wedding I landed on, that’s what I was sharing today, and I am definitely not sad that it landed on Darby + Michael’s wedding from last year. 🤍

Sometimes I get so caught up in what I’m currently shooting and editing that I forget just how many really amazing days are sitting in my camera roll.

So today, we’re going back to this one. Well done, Instagram. 🥹

Darby + Michael’s South Carolina wedding was full of the kind of moments I love photographing most. Real emotion, genuine connection, beautiful portraits, and all the little in-between moments that make a wedding day actually feel like your wedding day.

If you’re looking for a Columbia, SC wedding photographer with a true-to-color style and a mix of candid storytelling and beautiful, intentional portraits, hi. 👋🏻 I’d love to photograph your day.

I could gush about Meagan & Dexter’s wedding day forever.

The spring colors, the sweet touches, and the worship that filled the day draped the whole thing in such a beautiful light. From the very moment I got to the venue, the whole day was just seeped in the Lord’s goodness, and it was such a joy to be part of.

I meant c’mon I’m obsessed!!!
