There will be a few posts as I reflect on my Mami’s Celebration of Life, but this one is for the incredible village that made it all happen. ❤️🌸

I’ve spent my career producing events for other people. This time, I was the producer, the client AND the grieving daughter. My event family gave me the greatest gift that day: I didn’t have to produce. I just got to be present.

It was only fitting that my Mami’s final VIP experience was at Warehouse215, our “home.”

To our Warehouse215 team, Luke, Chris, JC Vega and everyone who jumped in — thank you for taking care of my family.

🌸 Rheana + Design MODE — the florals, décor and THAT photo wall!
✨ Steven + Event Rents — THE LINEN! You know that’s my love language. 😂
🍪 Gilbert + Cookie Brokers — the beautiful dessert station and lily cookies for Lilly.
❤️ Yolanda + Handle My HR — printing, slides, snacks, water and most importantly, taking care of me.
☕ Jake + Valley Grind — Mami’s favorite hot hazelnut latte with her picture on it.
🍽️ T-Mo + Phoenix Culinary Collective — you FLEW IN, made her favorite green chile pork and donated the remaining food to those in need.
🐶 Ari + Arizona Animal Welfare League — the emotional support puppies brought so much joy.
🎤 James + Phoenix Technology AV — everything looked and sounded beautiful.
🎶 Our DJ — because if you knew Lilly, you KNOW there had to be dancing!
📸 Alexxis + Timeless Vision Media — thank you for capturing the moments I couldn’t.
🖤 Emmanuel + Blanco Protection Agency — thank you for keeping us safe.
🏀 Player 15 Group + Phoenix Suns & Mercury — parking for all 350 guests in Downtown Phoenix was an incredible gift.

And my sister friends who helped with guests and lily pins, and Sadie + Sonya who handled payments, tips and everything behind the scenes — I love you.

I’ve always said this industry isn’t really about tables, chairs, linen, food or lighting.

It’s about people taking care of people.

That day, my event family took care of me.

For one day, I didn’t have to be the CEO or the event producer.

I just got to be Lilly’s daughter. 🌸❤️

Little details?

We design those too.

For Kaley’s Perfect Match weekend, the vision started long before install day.

At AZ Bachelorette Party™, we create custom mockup designs so our brides can see the full creative direction before a single detail is produced. Once approved, we bring in intentional partners to help bring that vision to life.

And this is exactly why we love working with @cookiebrokers.

Once the design was finalized, we sent over the mockups and they created cookies inspired directly by the backdrop and design story we created for this bride-to-be.

Because for us, details should never feel random.

They should feel intentional, cohesive, and designed with purpose.

This is why our Headliner experience continues to be such a favorite — custom details, thoughtful design, and a celebration that feels entirely your own.

And trust us… these Perfect Match cookies are only the beginning.

Wait until you see the full reveal.

Bach Done Right.
