I guess this is goodbye to college football 😔I’m overly blessed for my time at Furman and the life long friends I’ll have. It hurts I wasn’t able to go out on my own terms but God lights our path one step at a time and it requires faith to stay on that path. 🙏

Never confuse a single defeat with a final defeat.

2024 was a masterclass in adversity. It taught me resilience, grit, and when life knocks you down, you get the f**k back up.

To the game of football: I’m not sure I’m completely done with you yet, but it’s looking that way. Thank you for teaching me everything I know. The head damage might be irreversible, but so are the memories—and I’ve made so many I’ll hold onto forever.

I went 15 years without winning a meaningful football game, then we went back-to-back in ‘23 and ‘24. I’ll cherish those rings for the rest of my life.

Thank you to my family for continuously supporting me while I chased my dreams. And thank you to all the coaches who pushed me, inspired me, and shaped me into who I am today.

Pro Day #1 for Sirod Cook (@cookieman3.0) was two weeks ago.

Cookie made improvements in his 40 yard dash (5.15/5.10 ➡️ 5.02), Broad Jump (8’4➡️9’0), 225 Bench Max (18➡️22) and L-Drill (7.46➡️7.28). All while weighing in at 286lbs, up 4lbs from day 1.

Cookie’s RAS (Relative Athletic Score) gave him a Composite Speed Grade of GOOD, and a Composite Agility Grade of ELITE.

Sirod gets another crack at Pro Day on April 9th. The goal is to improve on everything which we know is 100% possible.

Sirod Cook is unreal!

290lbs guys don’t put numbers like this up often. 4.19 in he 5-10-5, and 6.89 in the L-Drill is CRAZY! Proud of the way he approaches his craft, and trusted me to overhaul his technique. He’s dropped over .2 on his 5-10-5, and over .6 on his L-Drill thus far.

Excited for his march towards NFL Pro Day!
