Spent some quality time with some of my best friends from my early childhood and we are still going strong. We spent some time together telling stories, having many laughs and making our versions of our favourite #meatball recipes! Needless to say it was a much needed get together. I’m reminiscing about the most amazing meal I had…from a food truck!

@thecheeseboutique occasionally hosts pop-up food trucks that can be taken over by restaurants. As soon as I heard that @langdonhall would be there, I had to stop by.

Here’s what I tried:

🍄 The Famous Truffle Soup
🥩 Braised Beef Short Rib
🍰 Chocolate Bomb

This was delicious. Bravo @chefbangerter and your team who put together not only a delicious tasting menu, but also the attention to detail with the presentation was spot on ❤️
