Kind of a bittersweet day for me. Small squat PR and tied my best total at a little bit lighter bodyweight. Prep went about as smooth as it could and came out with 0 injuries so nothing to complain about, just need to be stronger next meet. Thankful for all the support and being able to coach some very close friends of mine and watch them crush it on the platform.

OVERLOAD BABY (+50lb PR)

My legs are no longer the limiter. My back needs to get stronger before I start pushing more weight on this. With time, I honestly believe a grand is possible within a few years. But, that’s a goal for another time.

The lord has given me this drive and this strength. It’d be a shame to waste it 😉

Found out the competition I'm doing in May is using a 15kg "women's" bar 🙄🙄🙄🙄 so I tried it today. The whip is wild and I only had 345 on the bar. No center knurling is also a challenge. Maybe this will make my squat stronger 😂
