life is but a roller coaster, all the way up and alllll the way down and back again but WOW I’d be ridiculous if I didn’t think this year was INCREDIBLE.

i had the honor to meet and get close to sooo many crazy-talented, excellent, ambitious, hard-working and just fucking cool Austin musicians, and to be a part of that community is my actual childhood dreams coming to life.

right now i just know that every person I’ve met this year does what they set out to do. i find that pretty incredible and inspiring for me and the community as a whole because it shows that if you say fuck the noise and just create that’s really all that matters.

so for my birthday i just want to say a big fat fucking thank you to all of you I couldn’t even fit you all in this post but you know who you are, you all have made me feel not so different after all.

thank you to all the bands i’ve met, all the people working hard asf in production and sound engineering, lighting design, art, etc. all the people who came to support the venue, all the people who supported the charity event with SIMS, all the people who aided me on the journey, all the people who have given me encouragement and generously allowed me to vibe with ya’ll on stage. seriously.

musicians… guys, you saved my life in ways I will never be able to repay. real talk.

anyways,

Cheers to 22🥂
Let’s make it better than the last
