Cabin life. Mountain views. Scenic drives. Open water photography. Dope lakes. City strolls. Museums. Speed boats, yachts, & jet skis. Wild boar, venison, wagyu, red snapper, fresh halibut, smoke salmon, gourmet pizza, authentic pasta & wine, custom french toast, & members only restaurants. Dope conversations. Crazy laughs. Growth & maturity. This was the PNW experience. Thankful for the brotherhood. Thankful for the advice on life. 20+ year bond.. And this is only the beginning of world tour.. Much love & respect to you my brother. Thankful to be able to show you the life I’ve created for myself in the Pacific North West.

We got another one people! Shoutout to all my people from the Motherland! 🇿🇦 🇪🇹 🇸🇳 🇨🇮 🇳🇬…my old teammate from Ghana 🇬🇭 put me on to this spot in Atlanta, @verdureatlanta so we had to check it out! It’s located walking distance from Piedmont Park…but once you walk in, it’s like you’ve walked into an African Oasis • You’ll see the staff all dressed in African two piece Tunics…you’ll hear African music…& all the decor reminds you of African culture…The food was well cooked…& the flavor was on point…I even tried a Zanzibar sauce with my chops that was delicious… • Price-wise it was pretty expensive compared to most meals we’ve had. We didn’t drink or get appetizers and still spent close to $200 (even though 20-30% was gratuity and service charge). If you are just paying for yourself, expect to spend anywhere from $80-$150…paying for two??!! Budget up to $250, especially if you plan on drinking…& of course, only order what you can afford to pay with cash! • Will you be adding this to your restaurant list? My niece done literally watched us all grow up… it’s a full circle moment to see her take part in the same events we put on for ourselves! I’m so proud of her and all my friends children.. Invest in your children they are next up. Shout out to the single parents making sacrifices and parents who are in their children’s life period! It takes a community!

Today, me, my wife and our daughter went to Kindred, located off Lavista Rd in Decatur (s/o to the Eastside)…my brother and sister recommended this restaurant to us after eating there a month or two ago…my wife and I were off for Spring Break so we decided to have family day and chose to eat lunch here & it was not disappointing… • From my experience this is the perfect spot for a lunch date…or just a solo move, if you want to get a cocktails and enjoy some oyster 🦪 or Steak Frites after a long day at work…I had the Three Pigs Burger, which had bacon brisket, pork belly, Gouda cheese, bacon jam and garlic aioli…& it was probably the best burger I’ve had in recent memory 🤤 …& the French fries were A1 too • If you are eating for one, plan on spending about $20-$45 (higher end if you get a cocktail)…if you are paying for two, plan on spending $40-$100 (this will depend on if you eat for lunch or dinner, and if you order cocktails)… • It’s nice to have new restaurants with great food within a 15-25 minute drive of you without having to go into the city…definitely add this to your list of go to spots…let me know below if you’d eat here 👇🏾… • @cooptrippin #CoopTrippin #ATL #Budget #Finance #Foodie #DateNight #Marriage #Lifestyle

Just in case y’all need a reminder… • Too many people purchase new cars to impress ppl that they will never meet…to satisfy some short term emotional desire…or bc of pride/ego, thinking they ‘deserve’ a new toy…even if it means setting them back $30-$60,000+ and sentencing them to another 5-6 years of payments to the bank • Keep that car that may not be the fanciest, but gets you from point A to B…keep that car that may not be the newest model, but it’s good on gas and is low maintenance… • The avg monthly car payment is as of June 2022 is $712/month according to businessinsider.com…that’s over $8500/year on a depreciating asset…over $42,720 over the course of 5 years on a car that loses value the minute you drive it off the lot…nah, I’ll pass • @cooptrippin #CoachingWithCoop #CoopTrippin • #Budgeting #DebtFree #DebtFreeJourney #Family #Investing #Finance #Money #Car #Atlanta #Goals #Crypto #Lifestyle
