One of the best comments I heard recently from a client using a new AI-enabled system we built was: “I need some time to get comfortable with the process and trust the process.” That might be the most realistic description of enterprise AI adoption I have heard in a while. Companies talk a lot about AI trust, usually in the context of governance documents, security policies and responsible AI frameworks. All important. But I think actual trust gets built much more simply. The system works. Then it works again. Then it handles an exception. Then the user catches something and the system gets better. Often times, the user catches something and our CoPoint AI team resolves the issue in hours (in production). . #AI #tech Then it works again. Eventually the person stops checking everything manually. That is trust. For this client, a $2.8B travel and hospitality company operating across multiple global brands, users initially ran the new system side-by-side with their legacy manual process. Not because the AI had failed. Because people needed proof. I actually think that is healthy. You shouldn’t ask employees to blindly trust AI because someone told them it works. Just like we have to earn trust at our clients, our solutions must earn the trust of our end users. You earn that trust through repeated results. AI adoption is not just a technology problem. It is a confidence problem. And confidence is earned one successful outcome at a time. . #ai #enterpriseai #consulting
