It’s never lost on me how special it is to bring our community together like this, and I couldn’t ask for a better team to do it with.

It’s so much more than just Pilates, @sessionpilatesnashville. But Pilates, we really freaking love you !!! 💚

YOU HAD US AT WOOF! 🐾
Pilates, puppies + a whole lot of love. Could Sunday have been any cuter?! 🥹 We couldn’t have asked for a better morning with our SESSION community!
—
A HUGE thank you to @copperlineranch for hosting + @wagsandwalksnashville for bringing the sweetest four-legged friends and for all the incredible work they do helping pups find their forever homes. 🐶 And a special shoutout to our amazing local vendors who made the morning even sweeter! 💚

I’ve always wanted to try a Puppies & Pilates class because they look SO cute and fun, and I finally got to experience one in real life! 🥹🐶

And yes, it was just as adorable as I imagined. Trying to concentrate on Pilates with puppies running around? Good luck with that. 😂

Shoutout to @sessionpilatesnashville for having me at their Puppies & Pilates event at @copperlineranch! Even better, the adorable pups were adoptable through @wagsandwalksnashville.

And if you’ve been wanting to try SESSION Pilates yourself, use my code HILARYOBSESSION for your first FREE class at their studio in Green Hills!

POV: the girl who’s always hosting events is finally ATTENDING one after a long time 🥹🐶💗

I rarely get to attend wellness events anymore because I’m usually the one behind the scenes making them happen!! So getting to experience Puppies & Pilates with @sessionpilatesnashville @copperlineranch yesterday was SUCH a treat 🫶🏼✨

Between the cutest pups, amazing local vendors, and supporting @wagsandwalksnashville, it was the sweetest day!! AND I think all the pups there got adopted?! 😭🐾💕

Being on the other side reminded me of how I want everyone to feel at Good Karma Wellness events: welcomed, connected, and just genuinely HAPPY to be there. 🥹💚

I love a good workout, but sometimes it’s even better to forget you’re working out because you’re too busy enjoying the experience!!

Thank you @sessionpilatesnashville for having me out! A little reminder of why I love this community and why I do what I do. 💗✨

Match made in heaven. 🐶🤸‍♀️ We loved @sessionpilatesnashville’s first annual Puppies & Pilates event today at @copperlineranch in Hermitage outside Nashville. As always, the star of the show was the adoptable puppies from @wagsandwalksnashville. Stay tuned for future Sessions events and try your first class at their Green Hills studio with the code “NASHVILLEAUTHORITY.” 💫

When the groom is Cuban, you already KNOW the food better be on point!

Last night, we took a little sabor Cubano to Copperline Ranch for a beautiful wedding, and let us tell you… ¡QUÉ CLASE DE FIESTA! ❤️

The groom is Cuban, and the bride already follows our crazy Cuban Cracker adventures on social media, so when we showed up, they were SO excited to see us! And honestly, that made our night! 🥹

We came ready with the Ropa Vieja, Mojo Chicken, arroz, and frijoles negros… because you can’t have a Cuban wedding without making sure EVERYBODY eats!

Our crew was working duro behind the scenes, but seeing the happy couple’s excitement made every bit of it worth it.

To the newlyweds, ¡FELICIDADES! 🥂 Thank you for letting our familia be part of your special day. We wish you a lifetime of amor, laughter, and plenty of Cuban food!

And to Copperline Ranch, gracias for having us back! ❤️

From Hialeah to Hendersonville… spreading Cuban love, one plate at a time! 🇨🇺

YOUR FUTURE BEST FRIEND MIGHT BE COMING TO PUPPIES & PILATES.🥹
And no, we’re not being dramatic.
The pups joining us from @wagsandwalksnashville will be ADOPTABLE & looking for homes of their own.🐶 We know there will be plenty of puppy cuddles to go around.
—
Even better? Proceeds from the morning will help Wags & Walks continue saving dogs & finding them the homes they deserve.💚
—
So whether you’re coming to move, cuddle some pups or casually see if your new best friend happens to be there . . . we’ll see you at @copperlineranch. 🐕
