Fairies doing fairy things ✨ many thanks to my lovely collaborator @coquiiix for assisting in documenting my work from the last few years. Long time coming and what a necessary creative process for both of us! Felt like emerging from a cocoon and spreading our wings 🦋🧚🏻‍♀️✨

Also shout out to @tc_tv for the assist setting up and shooting some of the larger work! Community is the greatest resource we have—could not be more grateful to be surrounded by supportive creatives 🙏🏻✨

The day had turned a bit windy and grey on our drive up to Cloudland Canyon. As @coquiiix and I entered the park, the chatty woman at the gate assured us, the weather called for clouds and the canyon usually stayed that way. But Coquii wouldn’t have it - she looked the woman in the eye and said, I need you to BELIEVE the sun will come out! The woman hesitated at first then finally acquiesced in a smile.

And oh, did the sun shine down on us!

What a magical afternoon, complete with surprise sunflower fields on our drive home 🌻💛💛💛 what blessings bring when living in full presence ✨

“I feel like I healed years and years of trauma and years and years of conditioning — of not being able to use my voice. Not being able to say no.”
- @iamjuditmozsolics

As women, we have been conditioned over the course of lifetimes and generations to stay small to stay safe.

To say yes, when we mean no.

To hide our bodies or risk being violated.

Women Who Roar is a space for you to let all of that go and be truly free. 💫

💗 Register to roar with us May 3 or join the email list for updates on future ceremonies.

The parts of yourself you’ve been conditioned to hide out of fear that revealing them would mean losing belonging:

🤍 Your emotions
🤍 Your quirks
🤍 Your shyness
🤍 Your sensitivity
🤍 Your opinions
🤍 Your tears
🤍 Your truth
💖 Your “too muchness”

..Are actually your superpowers.

You were never at risk of losing belonging.

You just hadn’t experienced being celebrated in them by the right people yet.

All of you is welcome here.

💗 Register in the bio and share with a women craving to be celebrated, seen, and liberated in her superpowers.

This is 37 ⚡️

7, an incredibly powerful number, associated with mysticism, wisdom, luck, and balance between the material and spiritual realms. Fae stars with seven points. Angelic frequencies.

Biblically speaking, 7 represents a whole and complete world—a day to rest once the world has been built and express gratitude for its creation.

I’ve graciously been reflecting on the path taken to build my own world. And looking back on life’s waves in full self-awareness—acknowledging states of body-mind-spirit in order to dig, uncover and heal the roots—has proven to be quite difficult. Real inner child work is gritty, exhausting, and utterly humbling. But truly, the path to peace begins with self love—the only way out is through!

This year, I’m fortunate to be surrounded by chosen family — and the love and gratitude directed back to me is undeniable. Seems that once you show yourself the love you deserve, your heart is open to receive in resonance 💕

I’ve received a few miraculous birthday gifts over the years. 2020 in London, I celebrated with a trip to the Tate Modern. Of my many visits over the years, the collection’s 1925 Wassily Kandinsky ‘Swinging’ was never on view—except for on this day! 🙏🏻🌟

As it goes, I was born 7 years to the day John Lennon was shot. On my 21st, I got lost in new town Prague—but found myself in front of the Lennon Wall: a memorial and wall-space historically used to express grievances against the Czech government. Today, it was adorned with candles and flower offerings, a group gathered around a guitar singing John songs in memorandum.

I’ve always felt pretty inspired by Lennon’s unwavering commitment to imagining a harmonious world through peace and through love. Here’s some words of wisdom and my prayer as I stand in the now, reflecting on our bridge between worlds, the past & the future, the manifest & the void, knowledge & the unknown:

“Everything’s going to be okay in the end. And if it’s not okay, it’s not the end.”

“All you need is love” ❤️

May we all find peace in knowing ourselves, in knowing our inner divinity, in knowing love.

📣 For the first installment of OASIS at @thecypressatl on July 27th (this Saturday!) 5-9p, we’re delighted to feature @coquiiix as Maestra of Cacao. She’ll guide our cacao ceremony leading up to the dance journey DJ’d by @thescotthouston alongside space-holding by @_mayarosa_ & drums by @ajnocitomusic followed by a sound healing with @cosmic_mama_cl + live painting by @whatamiholdin 🌿

“Coqui’s cacao offering is truly unique. She personally roasts, peels & grinds the beans, and then adds her own touch of fairy dust to the ceremonial brew.

In addition to being a regular face at Sol Dance, Coqui is an aesthetic engineer of creative embodiment deeply rooted in integrity. She weaves tales of alchemy through fashion and photography. Coqui is an old soul with a childlike spirit traveling through daydreams of tropical disco clouds. Born of two lands separated by deep waters, she resides between the lines of magic and reality.”

Tickets for July 27 are currently sold-out, but keep in mind there will be a small number of tickets available at the door + tickets are still available for the next Cacao Dance on Aug 10th!

Comment below if you are excited about reconnecting with the fam at this fabulous new venue!👇🏾🎫
