One year in as a Tattoo Artist.

Thanks for following! Whether you’ve just started or have been following me quite some time, I’m super thankful. I don’t show too much of my personal life, only because I’m super shy 😅 But I wanted to share my journey and my story.

Growing up I was always super interested in art. I took drawing, ceramics, did photography, sewed clothes, and designed graphics. I wanted to go to fashion school but that wasn’t an option at all with my parents. Instead they placed me in the healthcare path and I became a pharmacist after 6 years of school. I worked for 10 years at numerous pharmacies and eventually got burnt out by its ugly side.

Two years before I called it quits I started learning permanent makeup and was doing it on the side. All my clients were so sweet and very supportive, always encouraging me. What started as a side hobby then became more serious as I took on more clients and reduced my hours in pharmacy.

Then I started learning tattooing from @jluongart and I LOVED it. I actually look forward going to work and everyday i’m so excited to create. It has definitely been a constant struggle but a different kind of stress. I’m thankful for all my friends, family, and supporters who have been nothing but sweet and encouraging. If not for you guys, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today 🥹
