A behind the scenes look from the set of 'The Last Interview' and yours truly as Officer Brenna! Always a rewarding experience working with this crew and I got the added bonus of meeting new actor friends in the process. Stay tuned for updates on this project!

If you’re in the PNW, you should watch these at a live screening, but if you aren’t able to make it out in person, we’d love if you watched and voted for the On The Fence Productions and Tapped House film “Bad Chemistry” along with the OTF micro short comedy “The Ick” !

Bad Chemistry and the Ick are online with the Seattle Film Festival and your ticket gets you access to both of these films, plus all of the other films in the festival, with many genres to choose from!

I'm proud to announce Candy Heart Heist, directed by Dave Shecter. Working with an amazing cast and crew is so rewarding, and is what it takes to create a quality final product.
Dave brought me on as Director of Photography, editor and colorist for film. Watching Dave work and rehearse has really blown me away, and I'm couldn't be more excited for our next project together.

Candy Heart Heist has its Red Carpet Premier at the PUD Theater in Everett on August 16th, 2025 at 5pm. Come out and show your support for the indie film community!

Today was a very hard day.

1. I had been pinned for a commercial but found out I was released.
2. My cardiac ablation that was supposed to happen this Friday (which I booked months ago) was cancelled due to the nationwide IV fluid shortage. No word on when it will get to be rescheduled.
3. In the meantime, I just get to keep taking the blood thinners, which I’m not a fan of.
4. I had to take mom to her heart doctor appointment and to say it was challenging is an understatement. Her Alzheimer’s is making her mobility harder and harder. She can’t seem to figure out how to get in and out of the car. Or how to sit up in the seat. I realized that after today, I don’t think I will physically be able to take her to in-person appointments anymore.
5. Before her hospitalization earlier this month, mom was going to adult day care 3 times a week using DART. Apparently, her eligibility lapsed and I had to call them to go through the whole eligibility process again. Was told “unfortunately, we just got a new system and your mom’s info didn’t transfer over so I’ll have to input it all again”. Was also informed that mom has to go in person to the eligibility office. She has fucking Alzheimer’s, people! But, sure, make her go in to your stupid office to confirm that she really needs a service that she had been using for over a year already.

I have been crying pretty much all day.

My wonderful husband surprised me with lovely flowers and delicious chocolate donuts when he got home.

I honestly was on the fence about going to the screening tonight because I didn’t know if I could rally. But…I’m SO GLAD I WENT. It was wonderful to forget about my day for a few hours and be totally inspired by my fellow filmmakers – not to mention the cast and crew of our film “Prayer Circle”. Art heals. Period. I love and appreciate you all more than you’ll know. ❤️
