Swipe for BTS! While an immense amount of work went into this project, it warms my heart even more the amount of joy, fun, love, and trust that was fostered throughout the process. From rehearsal to production, thank you @moonlightphotosnyc for capturing such beautiful moments. And an insurmountable level of gratitude to @christineeliseharp for composing such a brilliant score! Thank you once again to everyone who helped bring this vision to life. “WHAT IF” soundtrack available everywhere. Link in bio for official video 🎶🤔 #music #poetry #bts #film

*EDIT: SEE UPDATE from @madison_morrisonilm in her feed, good news considering**

I lived & worked in Wilmington for about 9 years, owned a home there, started stand up there, was married there.

I spent a couple more decades there at every time of year at my parents former home. I know there are many, MANY great & good people there.

So here’s my question: are PB and nah-zeee activity being reported in the news like those tracking & harassing @madison_morrisonilm in this video? I did a search on @wectnews and didn’t see any stories past late 2024.

Yet I know the station is on the same road as some of the hate symbols popping up. Correct me if I’m wrong but if they’re on the site I missed them & they didn’t show up in Google.

What about the @starnewsonline and other TV stations? Because I’m seeing nothing.

And what about all the good folks from different backgrounds & (back in the day) even political parties - are you standing up publicly for people like @madison_morrisonilm and your other neighbors? Are you SHOWING UP IN REAL LIFE for @ilmaction & @indivisiblewilmington pro democracy events LIKE NO KINGS DAY THIS SATURDAY 6/14?

If you haven’t yet, may I recommend doing it NOW. It does NOT COUNT if you only think to yourself that you support what they stand for, that you’re part of the broad Save Democracy coalition. It’s show up or shut up time.

I’m also putting this on my @postmancomedy page because I want you to know about these hateful acts if you don’t already AND start TURNING OUT IRL & you prob don’t follow @catladies4america (been a weird 10 months.)

Much of America doesn’t know about the 1898 Wilmington Massacre where real white supremacists DID overthrow a democratically elected govt they didn’t like because it included Black people, and the city was thriving including Black businesses and professionals. ILM used to be the biggest most important & economically vibrant city in NC, but not after 1898. (see @wilmingtononfire ) Is that what we want? now is the time to loudly stand up for your neighbors.

Be good to each, but also CLAWS OUT.
