A little resistance. A mindful stretch. A lifetime of movement.

For me, movement is a daily practice…building strength, staying mobile and making time to connect with my body. It’s what I bring to every CBF class I teach.

Join me in the studio or live online. Let’s keep moving…for life.

I ask you to show up and challenge yourself…and I hold myself to the same standard. 💪 One rep, one class, one day at a time, I’m building strength to keep doing the things I love.

That’s what movement for life means to me. Let’s keep moving together.

You need to BELIEVE it before you will SEE it!

In order to protect your peace you need to let go of those thoughts that don’t serve you and have faith in the unknown.

Finding my barre wherever we go. Strength, balance and flexibility are part of how we live…not just how we work out. And sometimes the best moments happen when you simply stop, stretch and enjoy where you are. ❤️

Music has always been part of the rhythm of CBF. It inspires how we move, how we teach, and the energy we bring to every class. Sometimes you just have to feel the beat. 🎶

Movement for life. Music for the soul.

I believe the smallest movements, done with intention, build the strength, balance and mobility I want to carry into everything I do. For me, CBF has always been about more than a workout. It’s about staying strong, moving well and continuing to do what I love. Movement for life.

Don’t allow your ego to prevent you from finding peace in your heart and depth in your soul. Let your intuition be your guide.

End of summer doesn’t mean the fun ends…it just changes. ☀️

The seasons shift, the routines change, but the joy keeps going. Keep moving, keep playing, keep loving, and keep finding reasons to smile.

We attract based on who we are, not what we want. Don’t chase. Attract.
