Working on yourself doesn’t always have to mean doing it by yourself. Sometimes the motivation you’ve been missing comes from being around people who are committed to feeling better too.

@coreby.cole agrees and that’s why she’s hosting Sunset Flow, a rooftop Pilates social at The Sporting Club at The Bellevue.

Led by McKenzie @moreyfit , the experience is curated for you to set your intentions, stretch it out, move through a core-focused Pilates session, and connect with good people and even better energy as the sun goes down.

A wellness Wednesday at the W 🫶🏼

Had the best time at @wphiladelphia for a wellness night hosted by @moreyfit !

The night started with health shots and macarons in the spa. A cabana in the sun by the pool. And the roof deck with full contrast therapy overlooking city hall.

Then a stellar Pilates class led by @moreyfit 🤍 my core was absolutely on fire, but the one thing that stood out to me was Kenzie’s ability to connect with the room and finish our class with affirmations.

As I always say, showing up for yourself doesn’t stop at the workout. We show up for ourselves in our self talk, our habits, and our belief system.

Finished the night with some mocktails and bites by the pool with all the girls.

Such a fab evening with even more fab ladies!
