✨Pause For a Purpose ✨
What an incredible morning of wellness, self-care, gratitude, reflection and most of all, connection. 🩷

On Saturday, our community came together to pause. To breathe. To move. To laugh. To make new friendships. To slow down long enough to remember that caring for ourselves is part of how we show up fully for one another. And underneath every beautiful moment was a deeper purpose: standing together in support of survivors of human trafficking.

At Saving Innocence, wellness and self-care are woven into the way our incredible team shows up every day, for one another and for the survivors we have the honor of walking alongside.

Pause for a Purpose gave us the opportunity to invite our community into that same spirit of care and connection and to share a little more about the work we do to support survivors with dignity, strength, compassion and care.

A very special thank you to @corebyana and @playathletics.co for co-hosting and collaborating with us to bring this vision to life. ✨ And to all of our incredible partners who poured into this experience, thank you for helping us turn a beautiful morning in Malibu into one with purpose. 💗

We all left the house yesterday and got together to support @savinginnocence x @playathletics.co and Pause for a Purpose.
We are SO proud to support @savinginnocence and their mission to serve, empower + advocate for survivors of human trafficking. ❣️

Come with me to my very first 1:1 private Mat Pilates session @letsforplay with one of my favorite instructors @corebyana 🤍

Ana is so attentive! I knew I would re-take a class after my first time with her 🥹 She corrects your form throughout each session and gives thoughtful, encouraging feedback that helps you be more mindful of your body & mind connection. Slowing down while always being on the go has always been difficult for me so taking 45-50 min out of the day to do a non-heated Mat Pilates has taught me patience and that not every move has to be rushed. This studio is absolutely gorgeous and extremely spacious offering a range of weighted props during class, a re-fill water station, lockers, hydration drinks, snacks, grip socks and there is even a cute coffee shop across the street! This was a non-heated studio but boy did Ana make me break a sweat 😅 I’ll definitely be back 🤍 (& no this is not an ad lol)

Don’t underestimate a Non-heated Pilates class, with slow & controlled movements, it improves mind-muscle connection giving you that deep burn you oh so desire 🥲🔥
