I Started taking @corecollagen_ Back in May this year.

By my calculations I’ve now consumed 134 core collagen gels!

Perfect to try at this time of year as you ramp up the miles going into winter.

RACELAB™ × CORE COLLAGEN

THE BIKE IS ONLY ONE PART OF THE SYSTEM.

Performance is not created by equipment alone.

At RACELAB™, we engineer performance across the complete athlete system — from aerodynamics and biomechanics to equipment, materials, nutrition and recovery.

Today, we’re pleased to announce Core Collagen as a new partner within that ecosystem.

@corecollagen_ has developed a performance-focused collagen formulation designed to integrate into the daily routines of athletes and active individuals.

Our collaboration will focus on understanding how targeted nutritional support can complement high-performance cycling, endurance training and long-term athlete development.

This is not about chasing a single marginal gain.

It is about understanding the interaction between hundreds of variables — and engineering the system around the athlete.

MEASURE.
ENGINEER.
VALIDATE.
PERFORM.

RACELAB™
Applied Performance Engineering.

I’ve been using @corecollagen_ for the past few months as part of my daily routine alongside the training, racing and recovery that goes into competing as a triathlete.

For me as someone who has had a few injuries in the past, taking Collagen as a supplement around training definitely helps mitigate injury risk in a sport like triathlon which has such a high training load.

@corecollagen_ is easy to take as it is in a gel form, so it works well if like me you are balancing work around training and often don’t have the time to be mixing drinks.
